Brazilian dessert nutella flambe/ Matteo & Mariane & Chiyako







INGREDIENT:
Ice cream
Nutella
fruit ( pear , banana , strawberry )
cognac
sugar
butter

Recipe:

1. First put the nutella in the plate , after , put the ice cream on the nutella.
2. Cut the strawberry in quarters , the pear in small cubes and banana in small slices.
3. Put the butter in hot frying pan , add the fruit and sugar , cook for three or four minutes.
4. After 3 or 4 minutes add cognac (60 ml ) and set alight.
5. When the flame stops add the fruit to the nutella and ice cream .
